Our Approach

We use advanced knowledge and skills acquired from formal education and many years of field experience to solve simple and complex land use and valuation problems. Our services include commercial and residential real estate appraisals, land use, zoning and land acquisition for public or private utility use. We follow the Uniform Standards for Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and other applicable local, state, and federal ordinance, acts, statute, laws and guidelines relating to land use, highest and best use studies, complex and non-complex appraisals and appraisal review for right of way (ROW) and easement acquisitions of private property for public and private use. We subscribe to the ethical principles and voluntary review of our work by the Appraisal Institute and the American Institute of Certified Planners. We provide project status updates on every assignment and complete tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Lead Consultant

Adebayo Adanri, Ph.D, AICP, MNITP, SRA earned a Masters degree in Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign  in 1992 and a Ph. D. in Public Policy Administration from Walden University in 2016. He is a certified urban planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and holds SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute. His experience in urban planning spans almost a decade as the Town Planner with the Town of Normal, Normal, Illinois and three years as Transportation Planner with Tri-County Regional Planning Commission, Peoria, Illinois as well as  more than 25 years private sector experience in planning, real estate appraisal and land acquisition services. He is active in his community. He was the President of the Normal Rotary Club in 2013-2014; served on the McLean County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in 2014 and as a Deacon at First Assembly of God Church, Normal. He puts service above self and treat people with respect. His peers describe him as a trustworthy, friendly, professional, ethical, and gets along with people of different background.
